Iris, the wing's night nurse, has guided more goodbyes than she can count. Tonight the Warden gives her twelve hours to find whoever is keeping the man in Room 4 alive before the hold is broken by force, and a sixteen-year-old notices that the staff room calendar has not turned in eleven years.
